Mission Arlington Youth Team - July 22-27
Middle school, high school students and sponsors will serve with this dynamic DFW ministry to engage in outreach activities such as backyard Bible clubs, a food and clothing ministry, servant evangelism, and other community ministries. Low cost per person.
Philadelphia Metro Mission Team - Summer dates to be determined
Adults and student volunteers will serve with Gibson Largent, a former NWBC staff member, through a new church plant in suburban Philly. Ministries will include surveying, prayer walking, building relational bridges for the gospel, doing community service/servant evangelism, training their core team and more. Cost about $700.
Chicago Mission Project – Open Dates
Volunteers have opportunities to serve with Northwest’s Scott Alexander through a church planting team in suburban Chicago. They will serve Hindu, Muslim, and refugee families through neighborhood ministries, servant evangelism, prayer walking and more. Cost about $700.
New City-East Asia English Teacher Training Teams
Team 1 - May 18 - June 3
Team 2 - June 29 - July 15
Team 3 - July 27 - August 12
Each team of 4-8 volunteers will train local private English school teachers and teach interactive English to students, mostly children. If you speak English, you can do this! Being in the city will open opportunities to engage teachers, parents and adults to build bridges to share testimonies and the good news. Volunteers will also engage in prayer walking and encouraging local believers. Cost about $3,000.
Chiapas Mexico Mission - July 21-29
This will be a great fi rst mission trip experience. Volunteers will serve with Greg and Michelle McClanahan (Global Impact guests) and Harvest Evangelistic Association. The team will engage in pioneer missions and evangelism in remote Indian villages to share the gospel through fi lm outreach, drama, children’s ministry, meeting medical and construction needs and more. Cost about $1,200.
New City-East Asia Kids Golf Camp - July 15-26
Help kids learn how to play golf. 4-6 volunteers will also interact with their parents, businessmen and city offi cials to develop friendship and look for opportunities to share their testimonies and the gospel. Conversational English groups in schools and clubs and potential business seminars may also be part of
this trip. Cost about $3,200.
India Medical Mission - Open Dates
Dr. Brent Brown is working with Alpha Ministries to establish medical clinics to support their work in India. Medical and non-medical volunteers are needed to help with basic health education, provide training and counsel to help improve local health conditions, assist in local health facilities, and share the love of Christ in tangible ways. Cost about $3,000.
New City-East Asia Prayer, Outreach and Training Teams – Open Dates
Small teams of 2-6 volunteers are needed for various targeted ministries in the city: Prayer walk, initiate relationships to share Christ, help disciple new believers, train local leaders, join conversational English groups, engage in a Christmas project, teach a business seminar, and more. Cost about $2,800.
